Farewell From The Code Crimson

by Travis

Today’s farewell art comes to us from The Code Crimson! In case you aren’t familiar with their comic, it’s an ongoing sci-fi story filled with plenty of intrigue and action. And if you enjoy your sci-fi action with a side of espionage, then this is a comic for you. They have been great supporters of our work over the last few years, and it’s an honor to present this work to you!

A ravenous horde of obscure gentlezombies are on the attack! Look out!

It was super fun working on this. Glad I was able to participate in your last hurrah. I am so grateful for all the support and kindness and just pure awesome you have bestowed upon Lisa and me. We appreciate everything, and we’ll miss your comic so much! I’m especially gonna miss your hilarious podcasts, or are you keeping those going? Because you should! Hope you’ll be sticking around the interwebs, and if you ever want to work on something together, I’d love to get involved.

Best wishes,
Elizabeth

Thanks again, Elizabeth!

Farewell From The History Twins

by James

Hi.

My name is Francesca (not sure if you know who I am). I do the Nahorkatiya History Twins webcomic. My dad really likes your comic but won’t let me read it due to its adult content. (I’m 12) I told him about my idea for a comic for you guys, and he laughed then asked you if I could create it for you. I know it’s like inviting yourself to a party, but no one stands in the way of my ideas not even you guys hahaha 🙂  Hope you like it and can use it.
FT
My answer to this is yes we will of course use it. It’s a pretty great farewell piece as well. The History Twins has been a great source of enjoyment for me on the Uchiza Twitter so go follow him/her (I’m not sure what’s going on over there. Either a kid’s involved or there’s a guy with split personalities that makes Gary Cohen look sane.

Farewell From Metal Jaw Comics

by James

Today, we have a special farewell from Roland Perez the artist, creator, writer, and lord of Metal Jaw Comics Z & G. I’ve been reading his comic for awhile and I love this bastard. I feel honored to have someone like Roland treat our farewell with such dignity and it makes me feel good to have belonged to a community such as this. I also look forward to having my own statue one day.

Farewell From A Southern Fried Ink Slinger

by James

Brad Joyce is a man that you can find all over the web comic community. He’s a pure gentleman that helps support everyone from the bottom and up. His work on some of his former endeavors were always a favorite of mine and I’ve now become a regular listener to his Southern Fried Inkslingers podcast along with brilliant writer Walter Shuler. I like how his farewell piece shows how if one day I happened t0 be polite and nice the consequences would be catastrophic.

Didn’t have a whole lot of time so I modified one of the past strips.
This is my farewell to one comic that really stayed true to the creators. The boys of OG have never pulled punches and always told it like it is. For that, I give you the real reason why the strip is coming to a end. I always figured there was a balance to the world and if James was polite (upsetting that balance) then he would just spontaneously explode and take the west coast with him.  Farewell boys! *tips hat* We’ll see in another life!
Brad!

Farewell From TWXXD

by James

Today I’m proud to post guest farewell art from the Brothers Oliver from TWXXD fame. The brothers are responsible for making me love web comics. While I always liked Penny Arcade these guys introduced me to a whole new world through their podcast and comics. These men are a great value to the web comic community and I hope they don’t tap out anytime soon like we are. Brandon shares my love for Transformers so this farewell piece was extra close to my heart.

Head over to their website read their amazing comics, listen to their podcast and masturbate to their excellence!
