Round 2: The Customer is Always ???

 

We began with 128 contestants. Today, 64 brave souls battle on. Some Twitter giants were slain. Some underdogs came out of nowhere. A couple of protests were lodged. A handful of disqualifications brought shame upon contestants and their children and their children’s children. As we move on to Round 2, many questions are left up in the air. So let’s make a theme of it.

 

For Round 2, we want you to tweet a question. But a very specific kind of question: Customer Service Questions directed at companies. We want to see correspondence, dialogue tweets, fictitious FAQ excerpts. Be creative.

 

Theme: Tweet a customer service question (FAQs and dialogue tweets are acceptable)

Stipulation: Must be a NEW and ORIGINAL tweet. Do not use fast food companies or Coke/Pepsi.

Note: If your tweet is ruled a disqualification, there will be no rematches and your opponent advances by default. If by some strange chance both you and your opponent are disqualified, no one will advance in your matchup and your potential Round 3 opponent gets an automatic win.
