But a few weeks ago I was trying to think of who would really be the greatest villains in the DC Universe. Then it came to me that the single greatest villains would be the one’s that were responsible for first getting our hopes up with interesting ideas and then bringing those same hopes down with mediocre pay offs. That’s right, I said it, mediocre! I ran the idea by the rest of the Gentlemen and that led to today’s comic.

Those rotten meddling kids. I was a bit slow off the mark ‘cos I didn’t realise about the Scooby Doo reference till I read Chris’ comment. I just thought aquaman had a speech impediment for some reason. You get slower as you get older.
